Yeah, so we got up at the crack of dawn hoping to see the server up... and instead we had an email from Japan with no explanation other than a list of settings to tweak on our side and some certificate things to approve. We did that, and it's been radio silence all day. It's very odd, since usually they're in contact with us 24/7. So my guess is that they couldn't finish without the tweaks they asked for. Now it's Saturday in Japan so I don't know if we're going to have to wait until Monday or if they're working on it now and they want to wait until they have good news to contact us. Yeah, since we're at Anime Expo, staying in the loop is even harder.
Short answer... we have no idea.
