The NPC's are here! Sort of!

I've got the NPC's done! Actually, they're already up... except they're not. It looks like the Single Player arena doesn't acknowledge any new NPC's until the maintenance server reset. Funny, I don't remember that being a problem when we tested it on the test server last week.

Anyway, at 6:30 this morning EST four new NPC's should magically appear. And, for everyone who defeats the new High Level NPC (level 30) tomorrow (Saturday the 20th, I'll give you 5 Point Cards! (Max one prize per account).

And by "during tomorrow" I mean between maintenance times, so 6:30 AM to 6 AM Sunday morning EST.

Glad the NPC's have actual names now and not "NPCScout"
