The Forum password resetter and changers should now be fully working.

I still get this error message on my main: The e-mail/username information submitted could not be found.
And on the main page i still get "no name" instead of my original nick.

Pretty certain no name can be changed via the other gamepot game.

is that for your forum account? If it is, I can reset it manually and than you can change it using the tools.
