I got some annette parts, but not an avatar. Is the avatar simply created with the parts and a base doll model? or am I missing a vital piece?

I only got hair and dress, no avatar. It might be a typo (i.e. no avatar, only avatar accessories) or there is a mistake (like always, nothing is ever right in Alteil US).
