Doesn't say it includes anything else.
Again, ambiguous English sentences are trademarks of the announcements. I should be written as:
"You can get one copy of each card in a single pack, buy three packs for a full playset and get a set of Cannibal Lady Annette Avatar accessories, including outfit and hair!"
People can be confused about it referring to a special base avatar, which is clearly not the case.

I just want to know what parts of the avatar people are supposed to have or will eventually get and how many parts completes the "full annette avatar"?

There are two, Annette Tea dress (armor) and Hair.
I'm giving out those avatars once a week. Mostly on Monday morning.

Bump. Missing everything for the avatar. Account name: guestsix. I bought 1-2 packs on the first day and another 1-2 some time ago, around when healing priest was in shop.
