you just need to SERIOUSLY lower the collection requirements... like for the snowflake event, make it 5 of each to get the top prize, 3 of each to get 2nd prize, and 1 of each to get the basic prize. Would make the world much much happier

As a side note, in Alteil JP Valentine collecting events, the cards are obtainable from free lotto (same as Alteil US). However to get the prize cards you only need 10 to get the biggest prize.

In other words you can get the top prize for free as long as you play one battle per day. And the top prize is 3 copies of a certain card too...
