Thanks for bringing this back again. I hope to see pinpointed EX lottos in the shop more often!
I don't think this event is just for big spenders. Free players simply need to limit themselves to a number of pulls they can make without burning through too much of their gran. Sometimes just one copy of a card can be used in a deck and there are plenty of EX cards that can be used for their SS.
I made three pulls. The first pull yielded one of the cards I was looking for. I thought my Alteil luck was going to change! But then the next two pulls gave me two copies of the same card. One that I already had three copies of.
