it's probably different for everyone. i didn't get one.

All you have to do to get it is make sure you don't click search when editing your file, since it's a lvl 0 card and the search function only searches for lvl 1-9 cards. For me, it was located on the last page.

I would have also preferred not seeing a broken card in a tournament that was supposed to be about using true underdog cards.
