That is not true, to be really honest, most people are busy in real life. Besides cant expect people to enjoy a game, especially when the game has really lost its reason to be fun.

Forum regulars get confused and anxious when they're not flaming me. They need some leadership or maybe some direction besides just flame me.

Not every forum regular does that gon. If you really dislike getting negative attention though, it might be better not to overreact to things. A lot of people value your opinions (just look at how often you are mentioned in this thread: http://w.alteil.com/forum/viewtopic.php ... 1916b98f9a), but in a lot of things people can see things in multiple ways, thus if someone disagrees with you, just let them.
