Loggress said "repeats".

I dont think this event has started that long ago. Another proof of how crappy is our random number generator.

Yes we do know what you are talking about but Logress mentioned a long time ago that the lotto pulls from a set group of cards from time to time, if you get cards that you don't want, wait a little bit then pull again (no time on how long was mentioned).

Why is it like this? Because people complained about playsets, so it's easier to pull playsets this way.

Hmm. I did not know that for a fact. I dont like it, and I dont think it is fair. But at least I will act accordingly.

No clue because the free lotto came way after Logress made that statement so I have no idea if it pulls from the same pool.

I thought repeats make it into the Card of the Week, I wouldn't mind if you pulled Great Magic Swordsman again since I didn't avail of it last time.
