Looks like they just shifted the percentages and added present/point cards to attract more buyers. 2* seems to be the same as 1* in the old lotto.

they arent lying, still better rare up without 1*, just next in line fills it up 2*, its a fool run, only people greedy enough would do something ridiculous as this kind of lotto

No 1-star card in this lotto, and you have a chance of getting point card and very little chance of getting a present card which gives you a copy of each card from one set.
