need a bit of help ...

cant get to play i can get into arena i choose a darn thing say like crest or w/e n it says loading i let it go for maybe a 1 hr or so but still It doesnt work i keep trying but just wanted to know if it was just me and maybe how to fix the problem ?

Yeah I am pretty sure it is just you.
For future reference when asking for help with trouble shooting it helps when you provide information on your side. Information like what browser you are using, is this problem new, or have you never been able to get into the arena?
If you really cannot figure it out, try changing browsers, if you are using IE, then try mozilla, or if the reverse is true then flip it.
Other than that there is a support page I believe:
