How do these prize cards look like? O_o I think i got one, but am not sure.
Or maybe its a new event i know nothing about?

They announced a week or so ago that the summer cards are now in lottery (with the exception of Lapierre).

And it's a 1star rare because it's a sorcerer guard, not because it's a different image.

"Sexy" is not an appropriate term for the alternate picture-classy or sophisticated would be more accurate.
