Licensing and cost. We are the official publishers of the game in the US. So, technically we don't support other countries. Thankfully the guys in Japan are very reasonable so if someone outside the country has a paypal issue we do help. However, sending prizes out of country is a no no. Plus it would be more expensive.

Righto - so prize cards for non-US residents are a recyle tool.

Would it be possible for a non-resident who won a prize to send it to someone in the U.S. so that they could work out the shipping costs, or failing that could we send them to one of our friends who lives in the U.S.?

mmm 150 gran are basicaly the equivalent of 1 dollar and 50 cents so aren't 150 gran for a recycle kind of a ripoff for people who don't reside in the us considering the dvd is around 10$?

Yes it is. So get the DVD if you can, and if you're lucky to get another consider getting it and selling it for less than retail to someone whom loves Japanese movies.
