Help defeat licantropes

Hi there.
I'm playing Gowen strater and doing fine with it but always lose to licantropes.
Is there a good way to beat them?
Well, there is some high level decks i cant beat but they are not often in crest arena.
But licantropes are much often,
and they can make night almost persistent and hit for 2x40 with just one card and it just dont die.
Devastating to Gowen.
So if someone can tell a good strategy against them please post it.
Im sorry if there is some post about it i may have missed it.

Try to get max hp hate ss. Or leave eskatia with 10 hp and make them scared of salamander, making them waste succubus
