well iv kinda just started and have got some of the new miku cards and i need help making a deck that uses thorned battle diva please help

Pretty vague, what do you need help with exactly? Are you losing to a particular file type, do you not know what to include in a Refess Miku file?

The most obvious thing that leaps out to me is that you have Ermitage in this file. Get rid of her, she doesn't belong. You have a shortage of great spirits or other forms of cannon fodder, so may I suggest 1-2 useful level ones in addition to wisp? Could toss in a copy of Disarmament as well instead. I think you have 1 too many copies of that lvl 1 support Diva and you lack an end game. Do you have Folrart guardian? I think she might work alright in this file.

Like, what exactly are you asking for advice here about? I'm not sure how much we can help you if you don't have basic things that come in refess starter like Disarmament or a second copy of wisp.

Yeah the biggest thing is that your file sort of lacks an open. If you're using the Thorned Battle Diva, it's customary to start with this kind of open...

Turn 1: Play level 1 unit that you plan to let die (such as kesran parasan or something)
Turn 2: Play Recovery Powder
Turn 3: Play your level 4 unit (guardian also works here)
Turn 4+: Play your other units
