Starter switcher help

This just a quick question, Due to the new layout of the "My Iczer" page I dont know where to find the Starter switcher tab,
Could someone help me please Thank you

It should be on the left-hand bar. If the frame of the My Iczer page hasn't loaded, though, it won't be there at all, and the left-hand panel will look unusually bare. In that case, try right-clicking the panel and reloading the frame. You can also try clearing your cache and loading up Alteil again.
