Well again, it's a conditionally useful skill. Gimmicky but does have it's use. For instance hitting units that cannot be hit by attacks.

However, in my 30 games, I've used it maybe 3-4 times only. 3 times was for the aforementioned reason.

i guess if u have ascarat to return forbidden books, then u won`t need to spam MOFs anymore so u wouldn`t need to use unlock low rp unless u wanted a return back

Mirelia is pretty powerful, I remember being thrashed by it long time ago during set 5. Mirelias back then destroyed lvl 3 rush files by being able to spam return always. But again that was when she had 70 hp.. she's more delicate now.
