Regarding Welcome to Alteil 8 of 11

Hi guys, a little issue here.

I can't seem to earn achievement no. 8 of the welcome quests. I understand that all it requires me is to obtain a card through the 10-gran card lottery in the shop. I've done that a couple of times and yet, no e-mail from Lapierre. The emails for the previous achievements were surprisingly prompt, but why won't any emails show up this time?

Triple Change Lotto doesn't regester as a normal lotto pull
