Game platform/system

What is alteils platform/system for ingame? Because mine keeps crashing mid game. It is also happening on jp alteil and some other sites and I was wondering what I can do to fix this problem.

I would assume the answer you're looking for is flash. Might wanna PM one of the other staff though.
