What does it mean by enraged?

You mean Engaged. Basically when a unit on the field is darkened from either a skill or grim, or having performed an action.

What does a Point Card do in a deck?

In a card file, I can move a Point Card from the card inventory into a deck. Does a Point Card do anything when it is placed in a card file?

You can use it as a spell card in an Alna or Sea Lord deck to increase the number of times you used a spell card so the skills of those 2 cards become more damaging, besides it costs only 1 SP so its easy to play than a common grim.

Those are two Falkow cards that get stronger whenever you play a Grimore. Since the Point Card is a Grimorie that does nothing, and is one of only 4 different level 1 Grims in Falkow all of, it's possible you'd want to include it if for some reason you had one of those two cards, but not enough of the other level 1 Grims. Very unlikely.

Yep, same goes for the present card which has the pink moogle teddy bear looking thing on it.
