Open Skill Order

Someone told me damage opens go before healing opens. So if opponent plays Sakura or Bringer and I play Wisp, is it random or will Sakura/Bringer go first?

Open skill on UNITS go by agility. So things like Bringer and Sakura will always go before Wisp since they are faster. If the units have the same agility then it becomes a toss up. Also Grim open skills always go before Unit open skills.

Thanks, looks like Wisp is replaceing Human Sorceress. Also another person told me that spell order is determined by Level of the spell but I always thought it was random.
