start skill order

what's the order for determining which start skills go first? is it random or based on agility?

It's agility, random on ties on agility

i think maybe slot number may also have an effect? I used to run durendal with metia endgame, and durendal`s start would ALWAYS go off first, so he gets Metia buff. Either I`m really lucky, or bigger numbers go off later

Metia has more agility than Durendal. So Metia's start should always be happening first. if not it's prolly a bug.

Yes, those agi 1 of her should make her go faster than his agi 1.
