Is grimore order random?

Postby darklogos » Mon Mar 16, 2009 10:06 pm

Is grimore order random when two grimores are played or are there grims that always go first or always go last?

If there are, angel trumpet certainly isn't one of them.

Way back before set 3 was released, decades ago, I played a high level Refess file. Countless times, I was forced to pit my cure cards against fire arrows and tornadoes. Sometimes, my cure would go first, dooming my cards. Sometimes, my cure would go last, saving them.

shade open skill always go before the emerald carbunate's one for some reason, atleast from my experience.

Open skills different from grimoires because the order is dictated by the agility of the card. Shade's is 3 and Emerald Carbuncle's is 2.

Wow, I didn't know about that. AGI affects order of Open skills too regarding creatures? :o

Yeah, that is why right hand shield's open effect counters Allind's open effect, or any other damage grim for that matter (i.e. fire tornado, fire arrow, pure terror, etc.)

Well yes, I already understood that Grims always go before creature open skills-I recently explained this to another user :D

Primclone=Broken (now a Lv1 guild!) Don't waste my time pretending you want a fair match. Own up to it so you can get your free RP and I can play someone else.

Grimoires have no AGI. Someone one told me that damaging grimoires (e.g. Fire Tornado) always go before Cure. Is this false? Edit: It's fun to play Sylph and choose which unit to buff when someone is casting fire arrow or magic bolt... I'd like a magic bolt or instant revival grimoire.

That is not true. I know from experience.
