Mermaid Spear Fighter skill and Tidal Wave wording

Now does this mean these two categories have to be satisfied simultaneously? Or is that "and" supposed to be a "and/or"?

As for Tidal Wave, when it says "send a Grimoire card from your file to the Cemetery, is it random? Or do you get to choose?"

I can't test these out right now, if anyone is willing to help me out, then thanks in advance.

tidal wave is random. on older computers the text was being cut off so we had to keep it short. As of now there is no ability that lets you choose a card to discard or lock or anything out of either yours or your enemy's Card File. They're all random.

Like with Heierrat Army?

It doesn't matter how they got the AT, as long as it's 60+ during the start phase. For example, a Sunlight Knight With Knight Captain and Mage Musician on the field would be unaffected, because the buff from Mage Musician happens after the Start phase ends. However, a Brave Soldier buffed by a Panther Soul would be engaged, because the buff takes effect during the Open phase, before the Start phase.
