Bug? Aura of Holy Emperor vs Joachim

Used Aura of Holy Emperor while opponent had Joachim in play, didn't get extra copies back. Is this a bug? Or does his trait count things like that too? It's kind of weird because other effects that only check of a unit exists trigger normally. (Zalzagul vs Arthropleurid SS)

Edit:

Ran through some tests with FisherChew.

Giant Arthropleud SS triggers with Zalzagul and Joachim on field - Joachim takes 40 damage.
-Proves Zalzagul is "counted" even though it doesn't take damage

Grimoire Charge is used with Zalzagul on Joachim on field - Friendly unit gets 20 AT
-To prove both of them get "counted" by the grimoire even though both of them are supposed to be immune

Aura of the Holy Emperor is used with Zalzagul and Joachim on the field - No extra copies brought back from cemetery
-Bug? It's not "counting" either of them for it's effect.

It's inconsistent if anything.

oh yeah i played with Aura before and used it on Battle worn paly - so stupidly because she autoskilled herself to level 4, when you use aura, it will only retrieve units of the same current level, not the default level... so for me it ended up retrieving guardians and not the sorc monks i desperately needed...

Yeah, I remember that topic spears. It explains WHY that is happening, but not if it actually should or not. I don't think we ever heard what the official ruling on it is.

I beat Fisher in a match yesterday only because when my Leleins SS went off, it didn't make Joachims counter go off, making it so I could kill him and eventually win. I saved the match, ill post it in a bit, kinda busy atm while I read the forums >_> but anyways ya, seems like Joachim is a little buggy, maybe someone could check if Joachims counter doesnt work when its SS's that put him below 40?

Edit: Oh poop, I saved over it thinking it was on a different save spot. Well, anyways turn 16, Joachim has 50 HP, Lelein SS hits him for 20, the counter doesnt go off, it was against FisherChew, who told me to save the battle.
