if bernet return card and mikasha is on the field after bog wyvern come out and lock some grims files, can bernet return the grims and "unlock" the grims? and can mikasha discard lock grims. no sure whether ikasha and bernet can "bypass" bog wyvern open and trait skills which are both bad skill.

Locked grims only mean they cannot be played, doesn't mean they can't be discarded.

Yes, returning grims from cemetery unlocks it, not just grims, any card that are locked, will be unlocked when recycled.
