I don't even own a copy of Fierce and I'm still winning pretty of games. Basically you get to play a Lawtia rush file with Withdrawal Strategy, which may or may not be the best thing ever.

My number 3 file. The fluffy puppies are cute. With damage coming in at start phase, they can cause some damage before most things can move. Since Bringer no longer one-shots Shadow Hound, he is better at surviving.

Honestly, Fierce kinda distracts me from my generic puppies. I find myself focusing too much on keeping Fierce alive and leveling him up. If you treat him as mainly a puppy focus card though, he can probably be quite good.

Hhkies broke 30, but I've tried it and it dies to bringer and jack and well timed returns.
Maybe it'll do better in new meta.
