Beltia is a seriously strong unit. However, I agree that for end game undead, he sucks ****. Why not just use zugateroza?
Seems to me going into gowen for beltia end game is a waste of sp and file space.
Leave him in gowen where he belongs.

Yeah, he's really good, but just dropping him as an undead endgame? Nah. In lawt-gowen rushes with, say, Skel warrior he can be pretty good though.
