Card Artist, trying to Identify Card art

Hey guys, I'm a noob to both Alteil and the board. I've always been interested in this TCG mainly because of the advertisements on Manga Scan sites,lol. which is how a lot of people got turned on to this game, I searched and read before posting.

Anyway, here is my problem. I'm an aspiring card artist, and would like to expand on some card art for a series of units. For hobby, portfolio, fun w/ friends. Anyone know the name of the character in this advertisement on onemanga. Its killing me to click every card in the card list, especially when I know there are even more on Korean and Japanese sites.
