Millia's summer(?) seasonal has already been released awhile ago, so probably not her. Unless she has two? But I can think of very few cards that have more than one seasonal version...
Edit: Oh, this isn't summer though I guess? Wedding theme seems kind of odd but that's no mistaking it >.> I'll go check my Millia right now.

Wedding Theme makes since right now. At least in America. Most weddings (over 80%) happen in between Late April to Early June.
