This has been everywhere lately, surprised it hasn't been posted here.
Basically you get a random character with randomized weapons/items/abilities/pets/stats and pit them against other brutes. You gain new bonuses as you level.
Fights are automated and can be fairly random.
Strength = Damage
Agility = Evasion
Speed = Attack Speed
There is also a pupil system that allows people to gain more exp, but each IP is only allowed to pupil one person.
