Get what? The game?
Buy it off E-bay or something, I don't know. This is only the translation patch, it translates the Japanese version of the game. You should find a site with a tutorial on how to apply the patch to the game as well. I think you need a modded Playstation for it.

I quite like SMT. I finally got over my terror of the Fusion system when playing Persona. I expect I could probably go back and play the earlier incarnations without worrying over whether or not I'm damaging my game progress by fusing demons.
