It's a common joke by now when talking about the release-date of Type-MOON games, since absolutely EVERY game has been delayed in the last years (fate/extra, melty blood, mahouyo and subsequently the tsukihime remake ).
The date indeed says 12th of april, but you know the deal.

I still have a pre-order running, but I don't know whether it is still valid (I should probably contact the store), and I'm unsure whether it is too late to pre-order the T-M Ace or wait for my boyfriend to buy it.
Either way, I'm (SOMEWHAT, considering the delays) hyped about this.

Deardrops eh?
Hm... perhaps I should check it.
And I'm hoping Mahouyo release date won't be changed again.

I have gotten my hands on my boyfriend's copy of the demo, I can say it's pretty gorgeous for a VN made with kirikiri (even though it eats a lot of memory, which can make it runa bit slower than it's supposed to). The visuals are stunning and it reads rather easily. Their goal was to create a VN that reads like a movie, and damn did they succeed.
The only thing that received complaint is that it's not a classical demo, but a compilation of random scenes which make little text out of context.

Katawa Shoujo release date (full release) has been revealed as the 4th january.~ (A bit slow on this)
Edit: Am I drunk again?
