Well, our Moon sage allows:

Effect:
-Any spells can be cast infinitely.

Corollary:
-any time stretch card will let you have infinite turn.
-Dark Ritual / Seething Song / Lotus Petal = infinite mana
-Lightning Bolt = 3 times more powerful than channel + fireball
-Memnite = infinite sacrifice and ETB effect
-all your creatures are essentially immortal if you can play them
-etc...

Essentially if you activate her ultimate you enter overdrive/God mode.

He'd do well in any number of red rush decks. Or with one the angels I posted above, Gisela. With her ability and his -4 ability, a player with 5 cards in hand would take 10 damage.
