No, not the highly-visible ninja. This Uzumaki is a horror manga created by Junjo Ito. There's been a movie adaption, and it was nominated for an Eisner award, whatever that is. I found the first few chapters very enjoyable. Afterward, I had trouble suspending my disbelief. Nonetheless, I recommend the manga, even if you just read the first few chapters.
