My guess is no, for a couple reasons. For one thing, it just seems really dumb for a character to die, be brought back from the dead, then just a few chapters later be killed again by some one else entirely. Not impossible but just seems dumb and not in this authors style. For another thing, there's been a lot of implification that Kakashi is going to be the next hokage, probably the final one prior to Naruto, seems kind of odd to set up that sub plot and kill off the key character of it before exploring it further. And then there's the fact that Sasuke's just fought an extremely long drawn out battle against danzo, one that pushed him to his limits and beyond, seemingly used up all or nearly all his chakra, and according to madara, nearly drained all the light from his eyes. Sasuke's lucky he still has the strength to stand and he can barely even see, if there was ever a time when Kakashi could take him in a fight its now.

There's also the sakura/karin x-factor to consider, sakura especially. I don't think sakura will let kakashi kill sasuke, but I don't think she'd let sasuke kill kakashi either. More likely one way or another this fight will end up in a draw with sasuke getting away and being given an opportunity to recuperate before his big final showdown with naruto.

Just my thoughts, could be completely wrong.

Kakashi will win, but Madara will get Sasuke out. Madara is worst case of Deus Ex machina manga can have, he has "get out of death free" card.

I heard that is the ending the Mangakun is going for, and I agree with the Mangakun after evaluating the behavior patterns of Naruto.
