They actually mean it, i pulled an ex card and a 4*. Dont you wish usa could do this during their so called rarity ups, god knows i got all 1* out of 20 pulls. Wonder how they decide one the percentage of rare cards, for these rare ups. Course today im feeling lucky, so maybe tomorrow i will not.

Umm thats impossible. 1*'s weren't available in our last rarity up lotto. Only 2* and up. So either you did 20 pulls from the wrong lotto or you got more screwed then you even thought.

you should take your own advice without the bad joke remark callona, cause A i didnt say SUPER SPHERE RARITY UP, which i didnt do cause i know it was just a waste of money, and B as luck would have it, i got 2 1* today in free lotto there, so really didnt matter what i said before. just was a one time thing.
