A-kon

I was just wondering at A-kon which members of the Alteil team were there?

Edit: Such as Logress or Lupos?

All four members (AnnatheRed, GaoGaiGirl, Logress, and Lupos) were at A-Kon. In fact, they were all on their feet at the booth all day (about 10 hours each both Friday and Saturday)! Machines, I tell you, they were like machines!

I was about to say I actually think when I was learning how to play I was against Logress. Which was definitely a crazy crash course into the game but a very good way to learn. And ya I saw them there both Friday and Saturday, always had several people waiting to play which made me keep walking until I saw an opening. ;a37

Yeah I happen to live in Dallas. Dallas stretches about 3 hour drive. Either way of Adams Mark (Sherraton) Hotel. I live about an hour and a half away from it in South Dallas.

I played this game like twice throughout Akon, though I never really went through the complete game. It disconnected the first time and the second time, my opponent lost cause he/she took too long or something like that. I saw the admins there too, they were awesome!

I played a full game, and it was a lot of fun! I think Lupos was the guy who was showing me how to play, and I actually ended up winning, so I guess he did a good job! I can't wait to actually get in there and play it online.

Someone doesn't know Texas real well. if he lived out west in el paso or somewhere it could be a multi day drive. Houston is 5 hours and Galveston about 7, so if he lives south of Corpus 8 hours is actually decent time.
