2lp card- all units 20 damage

We need (want) a 2lp all units -20max hp

(for undeads/lycans)

2LP: all units 20 damage
3LP: all units -10 max hp
3LP: 1 SP cost, all units -10 HP
3LP: 2 SP cost, all units 20 damage

Don't really see much reason for 2LP -20 max hp.
