What are the differences (besides spelling) between the three words: lie, lain, and lay?
This is "lie" as in: I want to lie down on the couch.

Lie = Intentionally telling people something that is not true (verb) or something that is not true (noun)
Lain = An anime series, full name is Serial Experiment Lain
Lay = The singular form of a potato chip company

i think ''lays'' is both the singular and the plural form like ''moose'', but it was pretty funny

correction on my answer for lie--the future tense...'' go lie down''...''i will lie the object over there''
