I must say I honestly did not foresee this thread taking such a weird turn... but then I'm not really sure what I expected to come of this thread.
For the record my parents seemed to take some sort of sick pleasure when they used to feed our pet birds our left over eggs.
Also, if I ever moved to say Alaska, I'd probably try to get a pet penguin. Living in the desert of arizona however keeping a penguin as a pet is not only probably illegal but most likely would constitute animal abuse.

Well there are warm weather penguins but not that kind of heat though...
