Anyone else find it funny that this thread started with people talking about Pancakes and now its people talking about literal pancakes? Not that I'm against that. Pancakes are freakin awesome. Especially blueberry pancakes......I want blueberry pancakes now.

The secret is to plop the blueberries onto the batter once you've poured the pancake mix into the pan.
If you mix in fresh blueberries with the batter, the blueberries will be squashed. If you mix in frozen blueberries with the batter the batter will turn purple blue.
A good tip for great pancakes is to make sure you keep the pan heat lower than medium (this is the case for most conventional electric stoves).

Challenging ones beliefs generally will insult them, for being wrong is commonly associated with failure. When in fact being proven wrong should be celebrated for it is elevating them and furthering awareness.

I see. The pancakes that my mom makes are extremely nice and crispy on the edges
