Do any of our members speak a language fluently besides English?

I'm having a hard time placing the language you wrote this in but can read it....

Eh... Japanese and Welsh are the languages I intend on learning and got most of the basics down but so much to translate and learn to say correctly. @,@ :?

I can speak two different dialects of Chinese pretty well but not Mandarin Chinese, which is what is spoken in China. I can read a tiny bit of it, it helps occasionally on reading Japanese kanji as well.

I can speak enough Spanish to get by when I need to. It's pretty useful when you live only a few hours away from the border.

I work part time at a restuarant. A lot of the people that come in don't speak a word of English so I picked up a small amount of Spanish as well. I can ask for drinks and know how to say some of the drinks in Spanish. That and a few simple things like "where is the restroom?" But I'm nowhere near fluent and nowhere near able to read or carry out a conversation in it.
