Nerevez Bug

I used bitter destiny on him and he acted like he was Zalzagul or something. :cry:

but Song of Hero only last that turn, it wouldn't work when Gadu casts bitter destiny.

The same thing happened to me today. The opponent played song of a hero the previous turn, I played bitter destiny the turn after and the closed Nerevez didn't go to the cemetery, not sure if it is Nerevez himself of song of a hero.

Logress, you're usually pretty quick about fixing these. Do something. I purposefully didn't use BD on him when I wanted to because I knew it was bugged.

here's my thought. Notice how when a unit is closed, it seems to keep any temporary buffs until it's revived the next turn, or simply goes to the cemetary. For example, this could cause a closed Guardian that had been targeted by Miracle Fruit (lvl +3) the previous turn would be uneffected by Instant Revival (can only target lvl 4 and lower).
Maybe a closed unit keeps all effects it had active when it dies, so the Song of a Hero effect was still active, even though it should've ended.

Units keep all buffs (that didn't time out) until they are revived or die. So yeah, this is not a bug, it's working as intended (if Song really was used).

Yeah, it looks like that a unit might retain the buffs and status it had at the time of death.
