My falkow alt just got disconnected 3 times in a row (one of the matches had battleID 2016903_11). A couple of hours ago, I didn't have any problem on my main or my lawtia alt though. Is there any way to prevent these disconnects?

Crest arena, just froze after I clicked set, on "active phase". I could switch between tabs, but game didnt' continue at all. This has happened before.
