Site problems?

Not sure what's going on, but I'm getting a "HTTP Error 403.1 - Forbidden: Execute access is denied", message every time I try to log into the game... Anyone else having problems, or is it just on my end? Nothing has changed on my computer that I'm aware of. And other sites are functioning fine. A quick response from anyone regarding the issue would be appreciated.

I got the maintenance message earlier even though there was no maintenance announcement i think.
