Sphere EX lotto gave unusable cards

was purchasing a few refess EX lotto when i got 2 purchases(single card purchase) of a screen that said "cannot use this card in Alteil" and 'undefined'. I looked thru my card list and i didn't get any additional cards over what i had. how can i get my 240gran from those purchases back?

I just got a bunch of these unusable cards off of EX Lotta as well. They have undefined stats and no picture and state that they cannot be used in Alteil. Incidentally two of them do have pictures, and they look like the new EX 10 cards from the preview/ad. >_>

Sounds like the accidentally put in the new EX cards...
Is that why the server is down?

server came back up and i took another look, i now have 2 cards w/o pictures and all text in Japanese. they were supposed to be Angel Knight/Silverion and EX: Inquisition Nun/Cynthia. so now, instead of needing gran reimbursed, just need those 2 cards fixed.

Yeh, I have a few of the new EX's, in English but without images, and then other EX's in Japanese without pictures... including a Miku card. That seems odd >_>
