Fix the Server Clock

Pretty much what the thread title implies, it's the second time we're having twice the maintenance time, and the server clock does not correspondent to the actual time (Daylight Saving Time).

I agree, I dont see why it started properly at 5 but its still in Maint... thats freaking annoying especially because I wanted the EX cards before I left for school~ I guess I wont be getting them and trying them out.
