Potcash problem

Hm, dont know where i should write it so i write here. (before i send mail to support (support_alteil@gamepotusa.com ) - but no answer)
I decided to buy some gran, get to my account and see, that first i should buy potcash. I used charge potcash by paypal and get next mail from paypal:

Your funds will be transferred when the merchant processes your payment. Any money in your PayPal account at that time will be used before any other payment source.

English not my native language (i russian) so as i understand - gamepotusa should first approve this? How long it should be (i made it yesterday). Wana convert potcash to gran till Super Buyer's Incentive end.

It's instantaneous. After getting potcash make sure to click gran exchanger, if your potcash is still zero, well, yeah, poke logress until he replies.

How about if I did a credit card payment offer with peanut labs on 3/16, same day as buyer's incentive, my credit card got charged 3/19, I filed a ticket 8 days ago, and the only response from peanutlabs is that I've been credited but the potcash doesn't show up in my charge history? :O

Poked them again, potcash people were bogged down from leftover tickets over the weekend, didn't get to our stuff. I'll make sure that everyone posting here gets buyer's incentive.

Why would you ever convert anything below 3k unless there's a huge promotion going on? Those who are patient are rewarded with a larger bonus gran.
